alright. today, han wei and i went to renew our passports. we went there relatively early but still, later than planned. still, it was really empty and the entire process took like less than 15 mins. lol. after that, we slacked around, ate and all. then we saw nizam and his girlfriend! haha. how coincidental. so bla bla bla.

at 2, a few of us were meeting at bugis station to go and take photos for the crowbar awards. haha. in the end, only left joanna and me in the team. and probably her friend adeline. took quite a lot of photos lah. a pity my batteries died on me. i shoulda charged them up. damn. oh well. serves me right for being lazy just to charge the batteries up. lol. we went to haji lane and then to clarke quay to get photos. well, i can actually say some of the photos turned out pretty good. (:

and on friday, scary bikes, 20 inch circle and friends will be going on a trip to KL skateparks. a big YAY to that. i'm so excited. i can't wait! and another piece of good news. my T1 frame is being shipped alr! hurray!

tmr is gonna be a friggin long and hectic day for me. i don't know how to manage my time! its so packed lah! omg. i have to return the cam to sch, go for SA interview, service and tune up my bike, pack for KL trip, go for job application at coffee club at siglap and go collect my pay from play.

and lastly, the bite of the day. this is so friggin funny. i bet you'll be laughing away. lol. if u don't, ur probably having a bad day or u don't know what humour is. xD




yay! school's out! haha. finally. on thurs, a few of us actually stayed back at school illegally to finish up our 3D Art final assignments. omg. haha. then we got caught by the security guard. and the guard was like some idiot lah. talk shit and all. luckily i could control myself, frustrated as i was with my piece of work. if not i would have just flared right back and him and made sure he shut up and probably end up being expelled or smth. lol. its only the first block of school by the way and we've stayed back overnight? haha. oh well it was fun. and also frustrating for me. so many things went wrong lah. luckily Aud helped me out. if not i would have totally given up. thanks ah! (: and then we got out matric cards confiscated, couldn't get out of the room and all till 7+am. all of us went home damn tired. and had to come back by 9am to do our presentations at e-space. lol. wah. damn tired and all lah. mine didn't go so well i guess. :/ oh well. thats what happens when you don't plan and manage your time properly. lesson learnt. lol.

well, its the holidays now. i think i'll be planning to take part in some competitions to widen my perspectives and get more experience and fresh ideas? haha. anyone wants to join me? :P

and this afteroon, i woke up, made myself some lunch and watched Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. its was soooooooooooooooo nice lah. superb show. and i love this quote from it. ahhhh! today was so tiring! haha. i got a lift from my dad to school. thanks dad. (: watched road fools rock & roll tour on my lappy and also the old school video. then proceeded to the workshop to do some work. the class was pretty empty until around 10.30 where everyone started flocking in and continuing on their work.

in the afternoon, we were actually so bored of working that we took random vids. and those were really really REALLY hilarious. i think i'm gonna get super abs from watching the vids, laughing away. haha. till now, many people have watched the video and laughed their heads off. lmao. i should be posting the vids up pretty soon. after i finish up all my work lah. haha.

i did up my base and some figurines. at first i couldn't work because of Kaysee and Joanna playing with my figurine and the blue ranger figurine, Billy that i brought. lmao. i was laughing like crap lah. hahaha. and my figurine actually got "disfigured" from all the playing with. hahaha.

well i came to a droopy start today. i didn't feel like waking up at all. like lazing in bed all the way till 8.30? which was the time i usually left house? haha. so i reluctantly left for school lah. i was darned tired. dunno why. reached at 9.30. then i stoned in school and all until i went to start on my work at the workshop. shit lah. damn tedious can. cut all the wood. haha. then bla bla bla. i'm lazy to go into details. so i managed to do up part of my base of the 1x1m sculpture today.

i'm not really satisfied with my progress. ): i need to buck up! so tmr i'll be in school earlier than Audrey! haha. anyway Errol and i were nominated to join the Student Ambassadors by Tia i guess. when we were stepping out of the workshop, Vaanathi was outside and just went to Errol and me and said. you're Errol right? and you're Zhen Yao. Errol and i were like "huh?". lol. so she explained it to us a little and bla bla bla. lazy to go into details again. after that we pretty much slacked for the entire day.

i got 22/30 for my writing portfolio for communication design ideas. i was pretty happy with that. at least all the effort that i put in had paid off. haha. yay. :D we also presented in communication design ideas which went pretty ok. Errol and i managed to "sell our magic stones" to Felix. hahahaha. we're just suckers. xD on the other hand, one of our group members is actually making things difficult for us. that sucks pretty bad. now i know how the seniors feel when they say they get a uncooperative group partner. D:<

at night, Aud, Errol and i went out to get dinner and ta pau back to the studio to eat. lol. and we saw this carton of green tea for sale so we bought it back to the studio as well. ahahaha. now we have our own private stash of green tea in the studio. :P we talk cocked and all. play some lame "shoot, shag, marry" game which was pretty funny. lol. so we pretty much slacked the night away till we went home. alright i'm off to bed. i'm so looking forward to tmr. i have a good spur of enthusiasm going on. lol. i'll do up lots of my project tmr! i want to get into the Director's List! :D

oh yea. i almost forgot. during the slacking, i found some really powderful english. i wonder who wrote that note.

alright. today, woke up at 5.45am to get ready for somerset again. lol. every monday ride somerset. well today, it was really wet, so we played with the puddles of water and tooks some pics. then we went off to ride around the streets, hitting some spots and checking out all the ultra hot office (and non-office) babes around. :D hehe. well, after that we cycled all the way to botanic gardens! LOL. too bad we couldn't cycle inside. it had a no bicycles sign. oh well. so we cam-whored instead.

returned to somerset skatepark, bla bla bla. went back to bowl. and shah, kelvin and me actually slept under this block while drying or shoes/socks/paddings under the sun! LOL. rode around and all. then i front flipped on some turndown attempt. wrecked my knee (again) and messed up my left wrist. and then i got tired and headed home.

got chased by some huge dog randomly on the way home. wtf? i went "AHHHHHHH!" and chionged as quickly as i could sia. scared the shit out of me. the dog ran so fast. zzz. wtfwtfwtf. anyway i outran the dog. i was so damn relieved lah. lol.

watched the scarybikes trailer. it was pretty cool. nice one kel win. :D i showed it to my parents. they liked it pretty much too. :D haha. anyway, i'm really really tired.

i just realised i missed out on posting this. the kitten under my blog. its so adorable. but its missing now. i think someone brought it home lah. idiot. i was the one who was supposed to bring it home. *frowns* dammit. it was so poor thing. hungry like whatever. it actually mistook my bike's axle as a nipple and tried to get milk out of it. awww. so poorthing. ): so small leon and i brought her some food. and yes, it was a her. (: i miss the little kitty.

tiring day today man. woke up late but still managed to get to school just in time. played with clay during 3d art fundementals again. hahaha. so fun. we have to do a 1-foot tall clay sculpture. whatever it might be lah. haha. and there was actually almost no Com DI lesson! like 30 mins brief on the portfolio and we were released! hahah. so cool. a few of us went to continue our 3d art assignments. the paper making or the clay. i did up my piece. its named "willow". its like a dead willow in the middle of some barren land lah. can say i was quite pleased with my work. (:

went riding at around 8 when i reached home? today chiong air tricks. haha. first launch ah, sian sia. i land alr. carving around. then front tire slipped. then i rolled on the floor. hahaha. hilarious. attempted loads of tailwhips today lah. like mad. my leg touched the pedal on a few attempts. i just need to stomp onto the pedal and its like done. haha. another thing when we were riding street. i 180'ed up 4 steps on my 2nd attempt! lol. xD i'm satisfied with my progress lah. bmx is getting more and more fun. except i'm starting to wreck my left leg up. painnn. :/ oh well. what to do? they don't call it extreme sports for nothing. hahaha.



omg omg omg omg. i'm so happy today! lol. this might sound gay but... i'm really darned happy today! because... i got to ride!!! hahaha. and sch ended early lah. we were like released into 45 mins of COM DI. hahaha. and miss tia gave quite good conpliments on my Frank Stella Assemblage piece of work. haha. :D damn. i love today! :DDD

ok today at bowl, i leant many many many stuffs! fufanus, tailwhips and turndowns. i didn't quite get the turndown part but the rest went pretty well! as for tailwhips, i'm like some pussy lah. scared to catch pedals. haha. suck man! oh well at least the frame comes back now! :D i learnt fufs in one day! all i need now is practice! today luke like teach so much sia. haha. oh well. gotta go to bed! sch tmr! ahhhh!



woke up still sick today. was feeling much better though. haha. didn't go to the doc as my mum advised me to. anyways reached school at around 11am and met up with errol and aud in the workshop. just when we were about to start working on our pieces, it was lunchtime for the workshop assistants. lol. how nice. so we went for a break too.

slacked around and all. at around 1.30pm, we went back and the workshop assistant came back just in time. lol. luckily we were late. if not i think we would be like dumbos standing outside the workshop. hahaha. anyway i finished up my piece pretty quickly. and i was pretty satisfied with it. lol.

so i met up with cherine after my work and aud tagged along for lunch/dinner. ate, chat and cherine thumbed the camp radical sentosa pics into my lappy for me. yay! so anyone who wants the pics can come look for me too ok! (:

after eating and transfering, aud went home while cherine took me to the lvl 6 studios which had new mac comps. whoa. nice lah sia. haha. first time i've been there and using them. at first like sua ku. dunno how to use mac. xD hahaha. watched bleach, played games and all till around 7.40pm? then went to my grandfather's place for dinner. and come home sweet home. good thing i finished the essay's first draft yesterday. otherwise i would be like the rest rushing to finish it now. right now, i'm just chillin. hehe.

and i'm so looking forward to riding tmr! haven't ridden in a frickin week! argh! rideeee! :D



well well. i haven't been posting for the past week. been busy lah. haha. what can i say? assignments assignments assignments. lol. i've just finished up my Communication Design Skills 1st draft which is due on tues. and tmr, i have to go back to the school's workshop to finish up my Frank Stella's Assemblage. omg. like so busy can. haha. and i'm sick now lah. lack of sleep. got a flu and all.

on thursday night after school, i went to work at Play and worked all the way up till 4am. omgwtf. i had to go to boat quay the very next morning. and finish up my collage for Com DI on the very same day. woah. my laptop arrived on thurs night too. so when i reached home at 5am in the morning, i spent the time setting up my lappy instead of sleeping and went to boat quay to draw Botoreo's Bird. lol. after that was the Com DI presentation of our collages which didn't go so well. i stayed awake all the way till 1am to redo my collage and woke up with a really sore throat on sat. i had to attend APEL 1 at 9am. super duper lack of sleep lah.

went for my very first facial in the afternoon. all i can say about it is, "OW..." lol. it really hurt lah. now my face has all these blood clots. i need them to heal quickly. my face looks like i got beaten up or smth. lol. alright. i'll be ending up here. ciao.

yesterday was the 1st day of school in polytechnic! it was fun lah! hahaha.

first lesson was 3d art fundementals. we were supposed to make stuff out of clay. make whatever you want to. like anything. but you had to make the first model blindfolded. haha. so i did some random "gingerbread-man" style figurine with fists in the air and as if it was jumping up. then for the open eye one, i made some random head sporting a mullet. lol. and an electric guitar with an amp right next to it. my first ever piece of work. hahaha. it was so fun playing with the clay lah. i named the piece "Rock & Roll". next up was the 3 hour break. omg. first fardly, audrey and i went to eat at kfc, slack and all. then went back to the school library to look around and somehow saw sean and jason there. sat around for a little, went to the design canteen for some drinks and soon enough, it was 3pm! time for next lesson. communicating design ideas. lol. it was just a short session and we were released at like 4.20pm to do an assignment. finished it up with my group in like 15-20 mins? went to check out the pondok and it was actually quite fun. haha. shall visit them when i'm bored.

after school, i went home and fixed up my bike. went to yang ee's house to fix brakes and all. yay. fly brakes. shiok. i was wearing shorts but i went to ride anyway. just to test my brakes out. so many people at sp. anyway i was rather happy with my riding last night. like, i pulled off a feeble to manual to 180 first try. did unnatural 180s and all. haha. went home to rest after that.

this morning, i woke up at 5.30am! we were going to town to ride somerset skate park. errol, han wei, jon wee and i. the park was kinda wet when we got there. but we just played around while waiting for it to dry up. the entire session was so fun lah. haha. learnt some new tricks and all. and before we left, i tried 180-ing the entire box jump. failed. like 5-6 attempts. there were a few which were quite close but the rollback was just too fast. i couldn't control them. haha. oh well, i shall try them again the next time i go to somerset. now i'm back home and sleepy. haha. VERY. :D
